Each update includes an unlimited amount of revision requests. Revisions count towards your development time for the month.
Yes. It's rare, but sometimes we can't perform a website maintenance request. This could be due to the programming language your website was built in, unsupported functionality, restrictions imposed by your hosting provider, or other reasons beyond our control.
Yes. We can set up a staging site so updates and modifications can be checked prior to going live. Please note, this does add extra development time when making changes to your site. Staging sites are basically a second website. They require software updates and other support to maintain.
There is no long-term contract. Monthly maintenance packages are billed annually. Simply let us know 15 days before your maintenance package is complete if you do not want to continue.
During our kick-off meeting, we determine long-term and short-term goals for your website. If you do not have a specific project in mind for the month we will continue working on the long-term goals. There will not be any hours to carry over to the next month.
We accept payments via PayPal, E-transfer, and all major credit/debit cards.
